like….by all accounts, from a technical and tactical standpoint, this is useless. it offers no actual notable armor protection since his lower torso is practically non-existent. it doesn’t make aesthetic sense since it’s not streamlining any other armor pieces. in fact in theory it would just get in the way when he’s trying to crawl. he would technically have more maneuverability in his legs without it at the cost of absolutely nothing.

so basically when they were making his cyborg body he really was like “hmm yes this is all good. but it’s missing one important thing sir. give me an ass”

If you’re a white artist and you plan on drawing a black character, you’re obligated to sign a legally binding waiver that you:

  • know that all black people don’t have short-bridged noses half the width of their entire face, and if they do there are non-repulsive ways to exaggerate those features in caricature
  • remember that the palms and soles of the feet are a lighter shade than our regular skin tone (even lighter-skinned people like me)
  • are aware that *SHOCKINGLY* not all black characters need to be drawn snarling primitively with their eyes bulged out of their sockets to convey rage, strength or power
  • will resist the urge to make your black original characters or random characters of color you draw as a warm-up primitive and evil. (Weird I have to say that, but here we are)
